1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

 Delivering stories to your doorstep!

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location in India.

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹80 (flat rate across India)
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹599

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions.

2. Return & Replacement Policy (Books)

We take utmost care while packing your books 
However, since books are delicate items, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

 Return / Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements ONLY in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or torn book
  • You received the wrong book
  • The book has missing or misprinted pages

 Mandatory Unboxing Video (VERY IMPORTANT)

To process any return or replacement request:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package
    • The process of opening it
    • The issue with the book

 Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process the request.

 Reporting Timeline

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted

 Replacement Process

  1. Email us at support@kitaabpaglu.com
  2. Mention your Order ID
  3. Attach the Unboxing Video
  4. Once verified, we will:
    • Ship a replacement free of cost

 Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Didn’t like the story or content
  • Books damaged due to customer handling
  • Requests without an unboxing video

3. Refund Policy

  • We primarily offer replacement, not refunds, for eligible cases
  • Refunds (if approved in rare cases) will be processed:
    • To the original payment method for prepaid orders
    • Via UPI or bank transfer for COD orders
  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (usually within 12 hours of placing the order)
  • Once an order is shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

5. Privacy Promise

  • We only collect essential information such as name, address, and phone number
  • This data is used strictly for:
    • Order processing
    • Delivery
