If you receive a wrong, damaged, torn, or misprinted book, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@kitaabpaglu.com with your Order ID and an unboxing video clearly showing the problem.
The unboxing video must show the sealed package, the opening process, and the issue with the book. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a free replacement. Requests without an unboxing video or reported after the allowed time may not be accepted.
Yes. If the book you are looking for is not listed on our website, you can submit a Special Book Request using the request form available in the website menu. Our team will review your request and try our best to arrange the book for you.
